Q. What shipping methods do you provide?
A. We ship all items via USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the total weight of your order. For international orders, we also offer DHL Express.
Q. Do you offer free shipping?
A. YES, we offer free shipping for orders of $99 or more anywhere in the U.S.
Q. My shipment didn't arrive in the delivery timeframe that was displayed at checkout; what's going on?
A. Please note that the delivery timeframe begins after processing your order. We do our best to process orders on the same day; however, during high volume periods, it could take up to 5-7 days to process. For international orders, various factors (e.g., customs) may delay delivery. Typically, U.S. orders arrive within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends), while international orders usually take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the destination country.
Q. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A. Yes! We ship to almost anywhere in the world that USPS can deliver our products. Just add items to your cart, enter your address at checkout, and a real-time shipping rate will be calculated.
Q. Why did I get charged fees to pick up my international order?
A. The fees charged upon delivery are customs practices set by your country's customs office. These additional fees are assessed by your government, and we have no control over them nor knowledge of what fees will be applied. For more information regarding your country's import tariffs, we suggest contacting your local customs office directly.
Q. Your site is telling me there are no shipment options available to my destination; what's going on?
A. We strive to fulfill and ship orders everywhere, but some locations may not be eligible for shipping. We are continually looking for ways to reach these areas. If you encounter this issue, please email us at theshop@allkpop.com to let us know.
